Amanda, known as Manda by her friends & family, has been obsessed with making desserts since she was a little girl. Starting with mud pies in her parent's backyard, she quickly advanced to making cakes (& a big mess) in the kitchen while playing "Cooking Show" and demonstrating to her audience how to make a cake.

She made her way to culinary school and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2009.

Amanda now works full time as a Junior Food Stylist in Dallas. Baking and decorating cakes, cupcakes, & other dessert is her part time passion, as well as running her vintage dessert camper, Sixty6 & Co.
